Our Most In-Demand Treatments for When the World Starts Turning Again

Business on Hold Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

In these crazy, unprecedented times we are experiencing at the moment, we’ve all had to put numerous daily, weekly and monthly rituals to one side for the greater good of society.

Regular work routines aside, we’re all missing out on the joys of a social occasion we may have taken for granted in the past, whether it’s our regular haircut, coffee morning catch-up or workout in the gym, we’re all sure to be missing something from our lives right now.

So you can be sure that once things are up and running again and we start to return to normal life, many places will be overwhelmed with demand – so it’s a good idea to think about booking in early for those things you’ve really been missing.

We’ve had a lot of people expressing interest in a number of our treatments during the lockdown, so to help you decide what you might want or need to help you feel a bit more like yourself when we’re back to normality, we’ve put together a few suggestions to help you get thinking in advance about how you might get in ahead of the post-lockdown rush – don’t forget to book in early to avoid disappointment!

1) Waxing and laser hair removal

It’s unlikely to be just the hair on our heads in desperate need of some attention after all this time indoors. While many of us may have picked up a new razor or home waxing kit to keep things relatively neat and tidy, it’s just not quite the same as having things sorted out professionally.

If you’ve always shaved or waxed, now might be the time to turn to laser hair removal for more long-lasting results (you know, just in case this all happens again!). But either way, many of us are probably in need of a bit of TLC to get us feeling good again, hopefully with some summer still left to enjoy!

2) Spray tanning

The sun’s been out, but we’ve been stuck indoors! So if you’re anything like us, you might be feeling a little pasty right now and in need of a quick pick-me-up. A spray tan is the ideal quick-fix to get you feeling great in no time and ready for – hopefully – hitting the beach.

According to a survey by St Tropez last year, having a post-holiday tan features in the top three confidence boosters, so it could be the ideal way to get your mojo back after this crazy start to 2020.

3) Microblading

Much like laser hair removal, PhiBrows microblading is something we all could have done with before the country went into lockdown. But better late than never! A fantastic process which means you may never need to use brow products again, microblading will have your brows looking absolutely ship shape and have you feeling great as a result.

Luckily, you may have had the time to tend to your brows recently, but with hectic lives kicking back in at some point (think school run, work demands, social commitments etc…), time could soon be at a premium again. So take one thing off your to-do list and never have to worry about your brows again.

4) Deep tissue massage

Whether you’re working from home and away from your normal ergonomically designed office set-up, using some free time to start a new exercise regime, or making the most of your daily outdoors exercise allowance to head for a run, there’s a good chance your body is starting to feel a bit stiff and sore by now.

An intensive deep tissue massage will help relieve the muscular aches and pains you may be suffering with, by enhancing blood flow and breaking down scar tissue to promote recovery. They are also great for lowering blood pressure and reducing stress levels, both of which could be sky high at the moment, especially if you’ve been home-schooling or cooped up with your partner for weeks on end.

5) Mesotherapy facelift

Many of us will have found this unprecedented time to be stressful and full of worry, whether about loved ones, job security, home-schooling or simply about the global situation in general. This stress can easily have an effect on both mental and physical health, with our skin something that could suffer as a result. If you’re feeling like your eyes are looking heavier than usual and facial skin is starting to sag an appear tired, you may want to consider a Mesotherapy facelift from our aesthetic clinic treatment range.

mesotherapy face lift procedure

A very popular anti-ageing process across Europe, Mesotherapy is an all-natural method of getting skin looking rejuvenated, radiant and firmer, through delivering homoeopathic collagen directly into the mess layer of skin via a micro-needle. Over time, Mesotherapy can help improve complexion, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and tighten sagging skin.

We understand that now is indeed a tough time for all of our fantastic clients and we’re here to help if anyone would like to discuss any of the treatments covered above, or indeed anything else at all throughout this difficult period.

Look after yourselves and each other and hopefully we’ll see you all fit and healthy here in our salon very soon.
