The Indian head massage session at Araya Beauty lasts for about an hour. Avoid eating or taking fluids for at least half an hour before your session so that you don’t have to interrupt it to visit the washroom.

The Indian head massage treatment is performed with you in a fully clothed state; you don’t need to undress, but please wear a comfortable top or t-shirt made from thin material.

After completing your session here at Araya Beauty, we advise our clients to get adequate rest to allow the body’s natural healing processes to work. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and any drinks that can cause dehydration for at least 24 hours after the session. Drink plenty of water and other fluids to make it easier for the body to eliminate toxins.
